My new car only 9 months old shut off about 8 times during the movie. I get it you keep your radio on but I don't know how the battery doesn't die. Great for kids and adults. Everyone enjoyed a turn on the 'old fashioned' pinball machine! There are double features playing on three screens at once, basic concessions you can bring your own food, too , and a fun retro feel to the place. There aren't many drive-ins around any more, and this is my driest experience with one. Running your car or having your lights on during the movie is a big no-no, and bigger vehicles are usually expected to park in the back.

The lines are also fast. I've been multiple times when I was a kid and I loved it. But maybe you could pair your evening movie with a daytime visit to one of our favorite places for families, the. Screens are in good shape, seating comfortable. Maybe they are movie cinema connoisseurs to which I say. The Rustic Tri-View Drive-In opened in 1951 as the Rustic Drive-In with a single screen. Being the only local movie theater, I'd love to save myself the drive and just have a successful visit here, though I'm not sure what the chances are.

Went to attempt to see Hereditary at 6:40 on June 16th, when I tried to purchase tickets I was told that they didn't have a showing for that evening and the last was at 3pm earlier in the day. They can easily re-do one screen in either the early spring or fall while they wind down business for the season and operate 2 screens. But honestly I'd like to fucking thank you for keeping me away from your shitty ass drive in - how about you repave the place? The only thing keeping me from rating this higher is the deplorable conditions of the asphalt. Can't beat this price for some affordable entertainment.

But there are also several within an easy drive just across the borders of Connecticut and Massachusetts. One last part of this. It seems the employees don't really care about what happens once you've paid for your ticket anyways. The concession stand is neat and clean but i was hoping to see an overflowing popcorn machine. If you go, please support the refreshment stand. Decent amount of parking and fairly close to Jamestown, more convenient for us that Warwick.

At the drive-in, there are three screens and an old-fashioned concession stand; serving clam cakes, grilled burgers, popcorn, nachos and candy. Got there ½ hour before showtime so parking spot was not great but better than some. Not many of these drive-in's exist anymore. You can bring a radio with lawn chairs to sit out and enjoy the movie we suggest this. I was uncertain as to how these drive in movies work.

With that said, place is cool! Many drive-ins have really good food that goes well beyond the usual movie theater fare, and food sales help keep them afloat financially. I think I've been spoiled by stadium seating and massive screens. I'd ask for a refund but there was no one around after the film. As I look confused another customer attempted to purchase for the same showing. Great place to catch a movie on a summer night. Find out where the bathroom is and plan your walking path before it gets dark.

A fast 5K run through the Misquamicut beach community. Clean up your act and your theater. And you can actually find a manager. The experience was exactly as I had remembered it, and we now try to make it to the drive-in at least once each summer. Second time in a row that I've been here and there's been employees resting on counters and staring at their phones.

Visit the theater's website and find out what the rules are before you go. The theater is in a beautiful, grassy setting and has a nice playground for the kiddos. Best part is its relatively close to my house so I can enjoy a movie and be home in 10 minutes or less. The screens are huge and are easily accessible, you can't really get a bad view. It was crowded and loud, bustling with teens, not that that can be helped, but I tend to like quieter theaters.

We were stuck in the backstreets by houses for a bit before some nice people told us where to go. The beginning of this season, my wife stepped into a hole and twisted her ankle walking to the rest rooms during intermission from screen 3. This was as authentic a drive-in experience you will get. The coming attractions did not even begin until 5 minutes after the scheduled movie start time. This is a main way they make money, and I want to see this great tradition keep going.
